Our Mission Statement

We will provide free unbiased confidential information to any individual facing financial problems so that he or she can make a fully informed decision as to which option is best for their situation.

We will never pressure any individual into making a decision about their options.

We will arrange additional meetings to discuss options with anyone without charging for such meetings until that individual is comfortable with these options.

If our firm is chosen to administer the option, we will make every effort to carry out the duties expected of our firm by the relevant legislation.

Action Plan

Once we have met with anyone experiencing financial problems we will provide them with a summary that shows the costs of all options as well as flowcharts that outline the procedures followed with each option.

If there is no urgency to making a decision immediately our firm will schedule another meeting so that the debtor can consider his or her options and then meet to discuss any questions about those options.

If further meetings are required, we will provide such meetings at no extra cost to the debtor.

In cases where action has to be taken immediately to settle a garnishee or to protect assets, all relevant documents can be completed within twenty-four hours. Often documents can be completed the same business day.

Whatever option is chosen, our people will monitor each debtor's filing and advise them of any problems that arise as soon as such problems are noted. We will never surprise someone without giving them an opportunity to correct any problems that arise during their bankruptcy or proposal.
